Sunsky Marketing provides patient acquisition services for dental clinics. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this page or book a call with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us
When you book a strategy call through the booking form on this page, you provide information directly to us. Depending on the questions on the form at the time, this may include:

- Your phone or WhatsApp number
- Your clinic name and location
- Business details you choose to share, such as your approximate monthly revenue range or the treatments you want to grow
You choose whether to give us this information. If you do not want to share it, do not submit the booking form.
Information collected automatically
When you visit this page, certain information is collected automatically by us and by the third party services we use:
- Your IP address and approximate location, such as your city
- Your device type, browser and operating system
- Which pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and what you clicked
- The website or advertisement that brought you here
Cookies and tracking technologies

- Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to understand how people interact with our advertisements. It records that you viewed this page, clicked the booking button, or completed a booking. - Calendly. Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly and loads inside this page. When you interact with it, Calendly processes the details you enter in order to schedule the meeting. Calendly may set its own cookies.
- YouTube. The video on this page is embedded using YouTube's privacy enhanced mode, which limits the data YouTube collects until you actually play the video.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage how Meta uses your data for advertising in your Meta account settings under Ads Preferences. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of this page work.
How we use your information

How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you, to run our business relationship, and to meet legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will do so.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or completed, to have it erased, to nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This page is intended for dental clinic owners and operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
